HOW TO DO: Place each arm in an ab strap so that your body is supported by your arms and shoulders. This is the starting position. While contracting your abs, raise your legs to the left until your feet are above your left hand and pause for 1 second. Return to the starting position. Then immediately raise your legs to the right until your feet are above your right hand and pause for 1 second. Return to the starting position. That is 1 rep. Do 3 sets: Set 1- 5 reps; Set 2- 4 reps; Set 3- 3 reps. Keep abs contracted through out the exercise.
