The Bosu Oblique crunch provides many fitness benefits including:

Here’s how you do a the Bosu Oblique crunch:

  1. Lay on left side across the Bosu. Cross ankles. Place hands on side of head. Contract abs. This is the starting position.
  2. While contracting abs, raise torso until oblique muscles are fully contracted.
  3. Lower torso to the starting position. That is 1 rep. Do exercise on right side also.

Do 3 sets: Set 1- 6 reps. Set 2-5 reps. Set 3- 4 reps. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique and add more reps every week.
